Business schools are launching and unveiling new programs on analytics, based on the growing demand for managers with knowledge of data analytics.
With the beginning of the new session several business schools like, Fordham University's Graduate School of Business and Kelley School of Business of Indiana University are launching analytics curriculum to deal with this demand from corporates.
Companies like International Business Machines Corporation, has paired up with more than 200 business schools, to develop training programs, to fill in the demand for managers with knowledge of analytics.
With a whole lot of data from the web, data analytics is no longer the purview of the specialists with maths, science and information technology background. Business schools are now training candidates who can sort through information and strategically solve business problems. Business schools are replacing course in statistics and calculus with data analytics course with this year's curriculum.
